[b] Selection criteria for room administrators depends on the following steps:
1. The user shouldn't been kicked by one of room administrators.
2. User should behave well i.e nOt flood, abuse and kick.
3. User should nOt enter invalid crediet card.
These are some of criteria but are important ones.
