finally decition c0mes ab0uT next selecti0n of adminshIP.

The final decition is,
THERE IS NO RECOMENDATION FROM OTHER ADMINS AGAIN TO BE THE NEXT ADMIN

says, staff wanna select new admin by their ways, i mean theres no recommendation again.

so if u r a good and popular user,
have a nice history,
thn
get ready to be the next admin! Wink
